Clare McGrory

Clare McGrory is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Atairos. Clare joined Atairos after 13 years at Sunoco, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In those roles, she had responsibility for all of the key finance functions and several significant acquisitions and divestitures, as well as public equity and debt offerings.

Prior to joining Sunoco, Clare worked for Verticalnet, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, during which time she earned her CPA license.

Clare is a member of the Board of Directors for Global Partners LP and previously was a member of the Board of Directors of Spectra Holdings. She also serves as the Secretary on the Board of Governors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia and is an adjunct professor at Villanova University.

Clare earned a Master of Business Administration degree and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, both from Villanova University.
