David L. Caplan

David Caplan is a Partner and the General Counsel at Atairos. David joined Atairos after serving for over 20 years as a Partner at the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where he served as the head of the firm’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

David is a member of the Board of Directors of AgentHome, Ardán, Ink’d, Ocean Outdoor and The Orogen Group. He is also a member of the Board of the Atlantic Council.

David is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School.
