Brieanna Wheeland

Brieanna Wheeland is Associate General Counsel at Atairos. Brieanna joined Atairos from Ballard Spahr LLP, where she served as an associate in the firm’s Business & Finance department. At Ballard Spahr, Brieanna advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, transactional and energy project finance and corporate governance matters.

Brieanna received her Juris Doctorate degree from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Pennsylvania State University.
