Anne Hewitt

Anne Hewitt is a Director, Talent & Organizational Leadership, at Atairos. Anne joined Atairos from Vanguard, where she most recently held the roles of Human Resources Business Partner for the Office of the General Counsel and the Retail Investor division. In those roles, she was responsible for the strategy, execution and alignment of Human Resources solutions across all facets of the Retail Investor division’s human capital needs, including workforce planning, talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and total rewards. During her 11 years at Vanguard, Anne held a number of escalating roles across a broad range of Human Resources disciplines.

Prior to joining Vanguard, she worked for Merck Pharmaceuticals in a variety of Human Resources functions supporting the Pharmaceutical and Vaccine Sales and Marketing organizations.

Prior to entering the Human Resources field, Anne worked for Coopers & Lybrand as an auditor and Checkpoint Systems, Inc. as a financial analyst.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of Girls on the Run, Montgomery and Delaware counties.

Anne earned a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
