Steve Rustad

Steve Rustad is Director of Finance and Operations at Atairos.

Previously, Steve served as Executive Director of Finance at Passage Bio, Inc., where he oversaw financial planning and analysis, SEC reporting, accounting, and finance operations. Earlier in his career, he served as an Assurance Senior Manager at PwC, advising clients across healthcare, biotech, utilities, and higher education.

Steve is a CPA in Pennsylvania and holds a Master of Accounting degree and bachelor’s degrees in finance and accounting from Penn State University.
